Cancellation Policy
Date of cancellation shall be the date such notice is received in writing at Classic World Adventures, p.o.box 490, Hopewell Road, St. Peters, PA. l9470. Cancellation charges are as follows: Single 5 to 10 day itineraries, $300.00 per person if you cancel more than 60 days prior to trip departure. On all published trips, regardless of trip length, 25% of the trip cost will be charged if you cancel 60-30 days before trip departure. On all published trips, regardless of trip length, 50% of the trip cost will be charged if you cancel within 30 days of trip departure. No refunds can be made once a trip commences. Classic World Adventures strongly recommends that all guests purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance.

While Classic World Adventures uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the site, the United States Hot Air Balloon Team makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. Classic World Adventures assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on this site.
